Candide – Make Our Garden Grow

The choice in retirement to name a B&B in the South of France le Petit Jardin de l’Âme gradually revealed itself as a philosophy of life. But the seeds of this garden were planted early, took root in spite of  life’s difficulties, evolved, and blossomed.  The music of Make Our Garden Grow, from Leonard Berstein’s Operetta Candide is a moving  example of this life-journey.
